January 1st, 2017 - starting the year off right. I am on a team to run 2,017 miles this year as a combined total for our Team Turtles. I did my part today.
I decided back in 2015 that I to take control of my life and my health. My goal was to lose 50 pounds before I turned 50. There have been many, many ups and downs, but at least having this blog reminds me that I cannot ever give up. I am worth it!!!!!!! This is my weight loss journey.

Starry Nights 4K
Several work friends, family and church friends did the Starry Nights 4k through the Christmas Lights of Shelby Farms. It was fun........but very rainy. This was the starting line.
