Don’t mind me.  I’m in pain. My Achilles tendinitis is “a-killing” me.

Zero point “baked apple”

 Slice apple thinly, sprinkle with 2-3 packs splenda, sprinkle with cinnamon, spray with “I can’t believe it’s not butter” spray.  Microwave for 4 minutes.  

Maybe this is the kick in the pants that I need???

So, I went for my check up and my blood pressure was high....again!!!  I already take a Beta Blocker to prevent headaches, now they added another blood pressure medicine because for the past year my blood pressure has been high at the doctors office.  My Hgb A1C was slightly elevated, making me a borderline diabetic, and my cholesterol was slightly elevated too.  Maybe I will do it for my health.  I am too young to become sick or disabled.  I have a lot of years left to work and a lot of years left to live.  Maybe this is the kick in the pants I need to get it together.
