Anyone else ever feel like this????
I decided back in 2015 that I to take control of my life and my health. My goal was to lose 50 pounds before I turned 50. There have been many, many ups and downs, but at least having this blog reminds me that I cannot ever give up. I am worth it!!!!!!! This is my weight loss journey.

Missed One-Derland once again!!!
I went to my WW meeting today and once again, I am still not under that big number. In fact, I was up 0.2 lb. Not much, but still up. ughh!!! I think it is somewhat fluid this week because I can't get my wedding rings off. I guess I just want to be under the goal so badly. Not today. I will keep on working my program and sooner or later, it will happen.
