As I prepared for the St. Jude race and also dealing with things going on in our lives, I have been claiming the verse Isaiah 40:31. I heard this song last night and it really touched my heart. It was beautiful. I hope you enjoy it.
I decided back in 2015 that I to take control of my life and my health. My goal was to lose 50 pounds before I turned 50. There have been many, many ups and downs, but at least having this blog reminds me that I cannot ever give up. I am worth it!!!!!!! This is my weight loss journey.
