With Optavia, you have 5 "fuelings" per day and one "lean and green" meal per day that you prepare. They don't call them snacks, because they are tiny and just enough to keep your body "fueled". I have never been so happy to see a piece of grilled fish and brussels sprouts in my life, ha!!! But it works and I have been losing weight. I know it is not sustainable, but enough to jump start me so I can go back to weight watchers.
They recommend you buy a waffle maker for some of the "fuelings". I bought a dash waffle maker. It was tiny, but I love it.
