To say I got off track would be an understatement!!
I did really well with Weight Watchers until about 2018. I continued to go every Friday, but essentially maintained, then in 2019, I started to gain. I continued going, but never tracked or even pretended I was trying to be on a diet.
During the pandemic of 2020 - Covid 19 - the WW studios shut down and they only had virtual ZOOM meetings. I was not a fan and had no accountability of standing on the scale in front of anyway, so my weight continue to go up.
Every "decade" of weight, I'd think, well I won't go over 210, or 220, or finally 230.
My friend at work had lost weight pretty quickly using Optavia. I decided to do that to jumpstart my weight loss and then get back to weight watchers.
I started Optavia August 1st, 2020.
